Raspberry PI Shield

Post by vitormhenrique »

Hey guys (from Adafruit), could you please share the eagle schematic of the Raspberry PI?
I noticed that the Adafruit Prototyping Pi Plate utilize it but i don't see it on the Adafruit eagle library.

It would be great to enable us to develop our own custom shields.

We don't manufacture the Raspberry Pi. You can try google to find Raspberry Pi hardware details

Sorry, I don't think i was clear enough, I know that you don't manufacture the rPI.
What i meant is to share the schematics of the rPI Shield. The same one that you guys use on the Adafruit Prototyping Pi Plate eagle file.

If you open the https://github.com/adafruit/Adafruit-Pr ... g-Pi-Plate eagle file, you notice that you guys build one model to the "shield" device, the same one could be reused by the community to build their own shields.

Hi..

Yeah the schematics and the board file of the entire Prototyping Pi Plate are there. But if you open it, you can will see that it consists of many different "devices".

I was looking to find only the "naked shield", Without the vias, conections... etc.. If you open the file, click on the "Raspberry Pi" you will see that it's device type is "Raspberry Pi Shield".
