It is a little confusing, since originally, I thought it stopped working over 7/4, which was before I got my B+.
But I did just try both cameras in both Pis, and they both do work on the older B, and neither work in the B+.
Did I kill my spy camera?

Re: Did I kill my spy camera?
Fixed it.
Turns out /boot/config.txt was corrupted.
I put the SD card in my mac and ran a fsck_msdos to fix the filesystem and replaced config.txt with a copy from the model B.
And now, the whole chain of events is clear. The SD card that is in the B+ *was* in the B over 7/4. I can only assume that the SD card got corrupted and trashed config.txt. raspi-config never complained, but kept appending its changes to the end of a corrupt bunch of binary junk.
When the B+ arrived, I made another SD card... but I had gone to the store and got a really good deal on a full-size SD card. Then I got home and realized it was only going to work in the B, so that's where it went. The B+ got the micro SD card... and the corrupted config.txt file.

Glad you found what went wrong, and that you were able to get the hardware running again.
