PiTFT for RPi Model B+?

Hello,
I have been prototyping a system using a PiTFT with a Model B. I'm now about ready to build 30+ of these systems. I was wondering will there shortly be a new version of the PiTFT board released which will have the mounting holes lined up with the B+ and work with the 40pin connector please? That'd be great!

As far as I know the PiTFT should still work with the B+. The first 26 pins on the B+ are the same pinout as on the B

Thanks for the reply. The new position for the GPIO socket (offset from the edge) means the 2 boards will no longer line up with each other, which makes mounting more difficult. It would be good to have a version that fixed this.

We don't have a schedule yet for B+ plates.

The B+ uses a newer kernel -- at least for my PiTFT, it's still using 3.10.32+ #3 dated Feb 28, 2014.

What's the latest kernel with PiTFT support?

The rest of my Pi systems are on 3.12.24+ #694

The PiTFT custom kernel is already compatible with Raspberry B +?
