Greetings:
Late yesterday I received my product order and unfortunately there is a
problem involving the driver board for the HDMI 4 Pi Display. Specifically:
> When the driver board was removed from its packing a capacitor had
come loose from the PCB. After examining the capacitor and PCB it
appeared that the solder joints intended to hold the capacitor in place
were cold, as two tiny holes from the capacitor leads were visible.
See attached photo - pencil point shows where the capacitor should be mounted.
I would like to return the defective driver board and capacitor in
exchange for a new fully functioning driver board.
Please advise.
Regards,
James Vespi
