I tried bootloading the x0xb0x and it said there was"an exception in thread..."
The command prompt hung like that and I have no idea if the firmware loaded.
When I loaded Javrprog.jar again and verified the firmware I got the following message on my command prompt:

I am using the latest JRE from www.java.com
jre-1_5_0_04
I know that the ladyada.net site makes refference to jre-1_5_0_02 (older version)
This error only happened when trying to upload the .hex from the sourceforge (x0xb0x 1.2)
When I downloaded the source files and compiled them myself I was able to upload (as far as I can tell)
