Need help boys! I am willing to pay someone to put an idea of mine together. I need to run a small laptop computer cooling fan (or something similar), with either battery or solar power. The fan needs to turn on and off automatically based on the air temperature. All of this will be housed in a wooden box outside. So it will have protection from direct exposure to the elements but still have to deal with temperature fluctuations, humidity (Eastern North Carolina) etc... As well it must be reliable and run without issue for very long periods of time.
