Battery charging with Round Solar Panel

I see that the Adafruit charger doesn't work with 5v. Are there other options to charge a battery with this panel?

I assume you are talking about the round solar badge. What kind of battery are you trying to charge? That cell only puts out about 40mA. You could probably trickle charge a NiNH cell with it. http://www.evilmadscientist.com/article.php/solar
