Hi Masters of the Tech Uni. I don't need to mention that I'm new to Arduino and Linux. Do I ?
I would like to set up a CCTV system using Arduino and perhaps Raspberry Pi as a www server. The idea is to set 3 micro cameras outside and manage/access them through a website. Any idea/help would b highly appreciated. Adafruit guys have u thought about setting up a tech university or summer classes? Cheers

Re: CCTV with Arduino and Raspberry PI
see if you can connect a few webcams up and find how to stream that on a webserver the raspi would host. This would all be done on the raspi and the raspi could control servos or motors to move the cameras via the gpio port. Don't really need an arduino
If you're new to the field just be very careful with those gpios to ensure you don't draw too much current or have a high voltage going into it (above 3.3v)
