has anyone had experience using the CY8C9520A i2c port expander? I'm looking at it as an alternative to the MCP23017, because it gives me access to all 7 i2c address bits, at the expense of a few data lines.
I'm planning to use it to interface with a raspberry pi and drive an LCD display, a few buttons, and a few LEDs.
