Hi; I have setup the connections and tried to run it. But the Red LED on the first photo IC.jpg is blinking. I think its due to overheating. 
I connected PWM of motor driver board to the VCC. Is that PWM wire giving 5volt and some current to the VCC pin or VCC is giving some current to the PWM ? If I add 10k resistor in between PWM and VCC; will it stop the excess current and volts ?
