Looking at the Max31855 Breakout Board I see you attach the thermocouple wire to a terminal block. Is that a special thermocouple terminal block or just a normal one. In the old days we used to have to themocouple to copper wire transistion in a ice bath at 0 degrees C as the thermocouple tables were referenced to 0 deg C. I relize that what is done now is compensation with a internal sensor but most terminal blocks are nickel plated and not copper, just wondering if that makes any difference
