Is there any way to get this part fully assembled?

Burned out the voltage regulator on mine and need a new one (I'm not great at soldering and amazed that the first one worked).

We do not sell them fully assembled. But someone on the forums might be willing to assemble one for you. I'll move this to General Project help where it will get more visibility.
