The item i received is not the same that was advertised in your website, i was supposed to get a solenoid valve that would switch open when 6-12v applied and stay close when there is no voltage. But it does the opposite when i apply voltage its closed and with no voltage it is open. Could i please get a refund or if you guys want to replace i would need to receive them as soon as possible.
Thank you!

Re: Solenoid valve
Which valve did you order? The plastic or the brass?

Our internal CS people are researching the problem. Let me know if you don't hear from them today.

Re: Solenoid valve
All three valves you got are the same? Can you post a picture of how you have them connected?

I received the solenoid valves that you sent, in return for originally sending not functioning or incorrect parts, but i only got one plastic water solenoid valve 12v - 1/2, you did not send other two, could you please send them as soon as possible please, i need them by Tuesday for my graduation project, can you please send the 2 more of the Plastic Water Solenoid valve 12v-1/2" as soon as possible. Thank you.

Hello!
We are going to go ahead and send you another pair -- please post here your experiences working with the two options we sent you previously!
Thanks,

Re: Solenoid valve
I recently bought these products from you.
2 x Liquid Flow Meter - Plastic 1/2" NPS Threaded[ID:828]
4 x Plastic Water Solenoid Valve - 12V - 1/2" Nominal[ID:997]
Before connecting them with Arduino and controlling through relays, I wanted to check how they work.
When I connected a power supply of 12V DC to the solenoid valve, nothing seems to happen.
I tried the same with all the 4 solenoid valves that I bought from you.

Re: Solenoid valve
I believe the plastic valves have a minimum pressure requirement of 3 PSI, which must be applied before they will open.

Thank you for your response.
I also see that the water flow can only be one way. Is there anyway I can make it both ways?

Re: Solenoid valve
No, it's strictly one-way, due to the pressure requirement.
The brass solenoid valve is two-way, and has no pressure requirement:
