Problems w/ 2.8" touch screen, Raspberry PI

Hello,
I am having some issues with the 2.8 TFT w/ Touch Screen for the Raspberry Pi.

1. after installing driver for the screen the raspberry Pi does not start up as you see on similar projects on youtube, I do not get the normal start-up sequence with the green okays. is this how it suppose to start up ?

2. I am unable to run the x-calibration utility mentioned in the install tutorial.

3. it does not auto-start, startx after setting it up for it, in the config utility, when installing raspian. But it does so if I attach a normal screen through HDMI.

I'am only able to run things from through SSH in terminal. this way I can run startx and get the touch screen to work, but I need to turn the image 90 degr. for my project so I need the x-calibration too to setup the touch screen configuration file.

Lets start here and I'll post my next troubles when we get so thus far ;)

The display in that video doesn't look like anything we sell. You'll probably need to talk to the vendor for information on how it works.

the 2.8 inch tft w/touch screen I bought it from your web-shop, the video is just an example, sorry should have specified.
