The UBEC (https://www.adafruit.com/products/1385#Description) is being fed about 8 volts from 2 li-ion batteries in series. It is producing 0.22 volts out.
The micro metal gear servos (https://www.adafruit.com/products/1143) state 180 degrees approximate rotation. My servos are measuring 15 degrees shy in one direction and 20 in the other, even after using the Servo library to decrease and increase pulses to 700 and 2300 respectively to try and BANNED out some extra movement. That's a one-fifth reduction, which I cannot make use of, having expected something like 2-5 degrees shy or OVER in either direction. While subjective, case in point: if I knew I owed you about a hundred dollars and gave you $80, I'd have a hard time arguing that was close enough to count as approximate.
I am looking to have the UBEC replaced (please test before shipping...this is a project with a deadline) and the servos refunded.

Re: RC parts not functioning or not functioning as specified
We did have an out-of-spec lot of the MG90S servos and are waiting on a replacement shipment from the manufacturer. The UBECs have been trouble free, but it sounds like you got a dud.
