JST Connectors

Hi,

I am looking for JST connectors to make custom wires and batteries to plug into Floras and Gemmas. I ordered a random JST 2/3/4 connector kit and the 2 conductor ends are bigger than the ones you guys use. What search term do I need to find the right size ends?

I saw on your site that you sell jst cables that I could cut in half and solder.

The reason that I'm wanting to build my own from scratch is because I need specific lengths and wire colors for a wearables project. I also need to use 10 ah batteries and would like to add the connectors directly to the new batteries.

thanks in advance for any help you can give me in tracking down the right connectors to mate with Floras and Gemmas!

The designation 'JST' has become almost as generic as 'header'. It describes a broad family of connectors, but you need extra letters to identify a specific kind.

In this case, you want the JST-PH series.. specifically JST-PH2 male and female:
