Thunderbolt Disk Array
I noticed in searching the forum that displayport is discussed, but not thunderbolt as I think of it on the Mac. I just purchased the B+ version of the Pi for a CNC application, but it got me to thinking about building a small machine for our business with multiple Raspberry Pi's or BBBs. The one glitch is that the data I would need it to access, is stored on an Areca Thunderbolt Array. Is there anyone working a Thunderbolt interface for one of these platforms that could access a disk array. I could leave a mini-mac in front of the array and redistribute the file system on NFS, but it would be cooler to have it directly accessible from a Pi or BBB.
