12V Electric Heating Pad

Hello,
I was interested in seeing if I could purchase the 12V Heating Pad in a different length then advertised. I read the spec sheet #1 and it looks like you can get them in 32cm lengths. I just dont see a way to figure price? Also if you can get in a longer length, will it have the thermal tape surrounding the metal-polymer fiber
composite conductive yarn?
