I purchased a Raspberry Pi Model B 512MB RAM about a month
ago.
I was finally able to work with the Raspberry Pi last week. I loaded an
O.S. on it and it was working fine. Several days later, the Raspberry Pi
failed. The PiTFT screen that I have connected started to flash, eventually
turning white.
I atempted to reboot the machine but the screen would boot white, and not
load the O.S.
I reflashed the SD card several times with different O.S.'s and still no
luck.
Is there anyway I could get this Raspberry Pi replaced with a functioning
one?
Thanks!
Raspberry Pi Cannot Load O.S.

Re: Raspberry Pi Cannot Load O.S.
Let's go through some troubleshooting first.
Please post clear, detailed pictures of the PiTFT, showing your soldering.
Go through this troubleshooting page and see what you can come up with:

Have you tried booting the pi without the PiTFT attached?
What are the LEDs doing on the Pi?
Use a multimeter to check the voltage between TPA and TP2
