Hi guys,
did a quick forum search but couldn't find any answers. I'd like to get started on the adalight project but it looks like mounting the flat led strip would be easier than the thin strip (they're flat so i could just stick em to the tv, the thin id have to figure a bit out as far as how to mount), however the light strip would be pointed toward the wall versus pointed out to the room. my tv is mounted on the wall with about 2 inches of clearance. are would i have better success mounting the lights facing out? or are the flat bright enough and my wall close enough that it'd look just as good?
thanks all
Adalight flat or thin?

Re: Adalight flat or thin?
It's mostly a matter of personal taste.
You can mount either kind of pixel so the major axis of light emission points in pretty much any direction. Since the wall will be close to the back of the screen, either kind will produce a good flood of color.
