First, the L289N in the picture you posted isn't an Adafruit product, so we have no idea how to wire it.
Second, these forums aren't a free design service. You can post an offer for a designer on our Jobs board if you want, or you can show the work you've done so far and ask for help if you're stuck on a specific issue.
