Trinket bootloader help needed

Hi, is it possible to modify the bootloader so that it boots straight into the sketch without going into bootloader mode first. I know this is possible on some arduino boards and bootloaders but is it possible with Trinket and how?

I suppose it's technically possible, but it would be easier to write the sketch directly to the ATtiny85 and have it replace the bootloader.
