I recently received my order which included 2 RGB LCDs (2 x RGB backlight positive LCD 20x4 + extras (black on RGB) [ID:499]) . One of them is faulty i.e. line 1 has the first few columns barely readable, the other LCD works great. Testing of both on the same Arduino LCD circuit.
{Note: a 3rd LCD (1 x Standard LCD 20x4 + extras (white on blue) [ID:198]) also works great in the same circuit}.
How do I get a replacement for the faulty LCD [ID:499]?
