Does anyone know how to change the pixel size that is displayed on this monitor? I can only use this monitor with a magnifying glass.

What are you connecting it to? The pixel size is fixed, but the font-size is controlled by whatever the monitor is connected to.

I am connecting the monitor to my Raspberry Pi via HDMI and using the latest Raspian Wheezy OS dated 2012-12-16
