Run Python WebIDE Files from Bootup?

Is there a way to setup the Pi so my WebIDE python files run from bootup? I'd like to put my Pi under our porch and have it run a script at restart so I don't have to have another computer running WebIDE all the time.

Adafruit could add a deploy option to the Scheduler in the IDE.
